A TripAdvisor™ TripWow slideshow of a travel blog to Blagnac, France by TravelPod blogger Prairillon titled "No time Toulouse!". TravelPod is a company of TripAdvisor™. Prairillon's travel blog entry: "I headed for the Cedar Rapids airport immediately after class on Thursday, March 5. I was terribly excited as this was my first use of my sparkling new passport; the furthest I've been before was the Caribbean and Mexico. Flying to Minneapolis then to Schiphol airport in Amsterdam and on to Blagnac/Toulouse was uneventful, but took 18.5 hours. Every seat in coach class was filled on the 9-hour flight to Amsterdam, and so we all got to know one another rather... intimately. I felt really sorry for the 6'4" Dutch fellow next to me, but he remained in good humor. An Italian man behind me gave a hilarious account of his trip to Idaho Falls, population 60000, but was also reverential about the American national parks he has seen. Another American asked about the huge lighted "squares" one can see around Schiphol; Doug has been wondering what they are and I have Googled them and only found others also wondering, but no answers. The frequent flyers, unfortunately all said they had never noticed them! {Upon arriving home, I emailed Schiphol and asked. They very quickly replied that these are lighted greenhouses, the glass roofs displaying the very even illumination} I finally had a chance to watch Twilight, which I thought was better than the book.
