Jaywehrs's travel blog entry: "I arrived into Belgium right as the sun was setting. Brussels is only 3 hours away by train from Luxembourg. As I arrived in the train station, I made the sudden decision to check out Antwerp, Belgium rather then Brussels - however while waiting for the train on the platform (about 3 minutes) I lost patience and scooted to the metro to get along and commit myself to a hostel before I make anymore spontaneous decision, I have been meaning to get here for the past week ½ after all and instead made it to Berlin, Cologne and Luxembourg. I traveled by metro to the designated metro stop as illustrated by my bible and walked the neighborhood to what seemed like an hour. I stopped in a café and asked for directions and finally made it, Van Gogh Hostel. From what I heard through other patrons of the hostel, Van Gogh apparently worked in this building, however I am unsure of the validity of that. As I was walking in the correct direction of the hostel, a young couple walked by me and the man was explaining to himself to the girl, "I didn´t know we would have to book weeks or even months ahead of time!" Immediately I was concerned that I would have no accommodation for my stay here in Brussels - I have been starting to notice, nearing the end of March, all hostels in the west are completely ...
